I’ve already said before that I love every rendition of the classic Mary Jane shoe. There has been so many these past years and all of them are applaudable. One of my fave renditions is the quarter strap Mary Jane. This particular version seems like a cross between the classic Mary Jane and an ankle strap sandal. June is nearing and I’m certain there’s gonna be a lot of blushing brides-to-be in search of the perfect wedding shoe. Aside from “THE dress”, the shoe is another essential part of the bride’s wardrobe. I found these great ivory platform pumps at Farfetch that made me want to walk down the aisle ASAP! Take a look!

Casadei Platform Pump, $677

I love that this shoe has very simple lines. A no-frills, not so sparkly bridal shoe keeps the sophistication and femininity of the shoe intact without the fuss. The thick platform might not be for everyone though, but I’m a short girl and almost always require my footwear to be a little high with a nice platform. It adds the height that I need. Because this pump is so simple, you can also easily pair it with other shift or evening dresses. Another major point for wearability!
