DIY Mary Jane Tips For Your Little Angel

If you’re a mommy, your babies’ and toddlers’ fashion is just as important as yours. Yes, they’re too young to demand for the most fashionable baby kicks but as  fashionable moms ourselves , we only want to give them the prettiest and the cutest pair in the rack.

But hey, who ever said that you always have to buy them? This wonderful tutorial from Goosie Girl’s gives us quick and easy step-by-step tips on how to make a pair of cute Mary Jane  for your little angels.

To make one, here’s what you will need:

1.) 1 9X12 sheet of felt with equal amount of fabric
2.) 2 snaps
3.) Your choice of embellishments

Step 1: Make a pattern.

Step 2: Repeat the entire first step but this time, using your coordinating fabric.

Step 3: Make comfy soles for your Mary Jane.  Attach a layer of felt to a layer of fabric.

Step 4: Prepare the upper portion of your shoes. Just like what you did in step 3, you need to attach a layer of felt to a layer of fabric.

Step 5: Sew the sole and the upper portion of your shoes together.

Step 6: Attach your shoe strap.

Step 7: Finish by adding up your desired embellishments.

And the result?
